Overview:
Southside FC is seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our team as Club Game Day Operations Volunteers. This volunteer position provides a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the organization and execution of game day experiences for players, staff, and fans, while fostering a vibrant community spirit.
Responsibilities:
Attendance at Home Matches:
Commit to attending all 9 home matches during the period.
Event Organization:
Work closely with the events team to organize and execute game day experiences for players, staff, and fans.
Assist in the overall coordination of match day operations.
Fan Engagement:
Collaborate with the fan engagement team to create memorable experiences for supporters of Southside FC.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the overall fan experience.
Vendor and Sponsor Management:
Ensure vendors and sponsors have their designated banners present at matches.
Identify and secure ideal locations around the field for vendors/sponsors to set up booths.
Half-Time Entertainment:
Assist in the planning and execution of half-time entertainment for families and fans.
Coordinate with entertainment providers to create a lively and family-friendly atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for sports and event coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
