Event Coordinator
Plan and run matchday and community events from start to finish, coordinating logistics, schedules, vendors and volunteers.
About the role
Matchdays and community events are where the club comes to life. This role owns the planning and delivery of those events from start to finish, making sure logistics, schedules, vendors and volunteers all come together so supporters and guests have a smooth experience on the day. It suits someone organised and calm under pressure who enjoys making things run on time.
Typical responsibilities
- Plan matchday and community events from concept through to delivery.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, vendors and volunteers for each event.
- Prepare the venue ahead of time so everything is ready for supporters and guests.
- Make sure supporters and guests have a smooth experience on the day.
- Liaise with the club’s leadership, sponsors and partners as needed.
- Review each event afterwards and help improve the next one.
