Typical responsibilities
- Support the head coach across training sessions, match preparation and matchday.
- Help run training drills and contribute to session planning.
- Contribute to tactical preparation for upcoming fixtures.
- Support player development across the squad and season.
- Assist with match analysis and provide feedback to players and staff.
- Help maintain a positive, committed environment within the first team.
